GUBERNIJA BEER

Hazy, intensely yellow New England IPA with a dense white head. The aroma is dominated by gooseberries, citrus, tropical fruits, and freshly cut grass, enriched with hints of cinnamon and clove spices. The flavor is hop-forward, balanced by a light malty sweetness, with a dry finish and a pleasantly lingering bitterness. Light-bodied with medium carbonation.

Brewing an IPA requires skill, experience, and quality ingredients. GUBERNIJA BREW LEAGUE IPA is brewed with basic pilsner and wheat malts. Dry hopped.

The grapey, fruity aroma is created by Nelson Sauvin hops.

Well balanced and crispy Kolsh inspired Ale (lagered ale). A light, golden-colored beer with a delicate fruity and floral aroma. It has a light body, a balanced combination of malty sweetness and mild hop bitterness, enhanced by refreshing carbonation. The hops remain mostly in the background, offering subtle herbal and floral notes. Although fermented with ale yeast, its character closely resembles a refreshing lager.

Kölsch is brewed using top-fermenting ale yeast, which ferments at warmer temperatures (around 15–20°C), but after fermentation, the beer is conditioned at lower temperatures, like a lager. This process gives the beer a clean and light profile with delicate fruity notes. Pale malts are used, and the hop content is minimal, typically featuring noble German hops.
